Peter Ogunkanmi is a Process Engineer, Performance Management Specialist, and Enterprise Solutions Architect of 19 years, with broad experience in public sector policy analysis, process architecture, and automation. Between April and August 2006, Peter managed the Microsoft-FGN Software Rollout Project across MDAs, military and paramilitary formations, directing 108 field engineers and 10 support teams upgrading 5,200 systems in 36 states and the FCT. He coordinated issues resolution between IT heads of government agencies and technical teams on the field. Between September 2006 and April 2007, he was the project manager for the UNDP Messaging and Collaboration Project at the National Planning Commission. Between April 2007 and August 2007, Peter was the Project Coordinator for the Due Diligence Examination and Financial Valuation of Galaxy ITT Limited in Jigawa State, working with SIAO Partners to provide a technical and financial evaluation of satellite communication assets across the 27 LGAs in Jigawa and working with SIAO to undertake the total asset valuation, leading to the acquisition of Galaxy ITT Jigawa by Galaxy Backbone PLC. From September 2007 to May 2009, Peter served as the Project Manager for the ETF DigiNet II Project, establishing e-Learning Labs across Katsina, Kogi, and Gombe states, as well as Technical Manager (Systems Integrations) for the ETF-NEPAD Interactive Learning Network Project in 6 states. Between 2009 and 2014, Mr. Ogunkanmi was the Project Officer for MTN Nigeria Foundation SchoolsConnect Project in Northern Nigeria. In this role, he worked with 7 Commissioners of Education, 7 Permanent Secretaries of Education, 30 Principals, and 30 Lab Coordinators in the collaborative development of learning programmes and programme improvement processes for secondary schools. He coordinated MTN- SchoolsConnect Enhancement Project in 24 select schools in northern and southern Nigeria. With other team members, Peter led the design of a Performance Management System for teachers and students using the e-Learning Labs and coordinated 68 Lab Coordinators in the Weekly Learning Outcomes Data Collection and Validation process. He led a Team of 6 Analysts in the processing of the Weekly Students’ Performance Data in measuring learning outcomes. He undertook monthly school visits in the north for recommendation meetings on performance improvement strategies based on each school’s data trend and participated in the quarterly (End-of-Term) Impact Assessment Meetings at MTN Head office.

After working with MTN Foundation and SchoolNet Nigeria, Peter resumed as the CEO of Hallowgate to drive innovations in education and the public sector. In this role, he led Hallowgate with a $5.7 million revenue in the last 9 years: providing Customer Process Assessment and Digitization Design, Public Sector Process Architecture, Policy Digitization, and Project Scoping. Including 3 projects for the World Bank Public Sector Governance Reform, and the installation of a satellite earth station hub for Nigeria Communications Satellite Ltd in 2022.

A Harvard University ALM ’25 Master of Liberal Arts Candidate in Global Development Practice, Mr. Ogunkanmi holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with 19 years of engineering and development consulting experience. After 12 years in IT, Mr. Ogunkanmi transitioned to development consulting, to challenge hidden assumptions in failed public policies, with a view to innovating interventions that address structural issues and create approximate operating conditions that are consistent with the underlying theoretical assumptions of the public policies and ultimately enable the emergence of expected outcomes. Mr. Ogunkanmi earned a Specialization in Healthcare Leadership (Economics, Strategy, and Digital) from Harvard Business School and a Certificate in Creating Public Value from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Ammar Abubakar is a highly motivated and disciplined Information Technology professional with a strong academic foundation in Computer Science. In addition to his academic achievements, he has obtained several professional certifications, including CompTIA A+, Cisco IT Essentials, and Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals, reflecting his commitment to excellence and continued professional development in the technology sector.

Throughout his career, Mr. Abubakar has acquired valuable experience working with reputable organizations such as the Federal Ministry of Finance, the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), and Hallowgate Telecom Services, all based in Abuja. His professional roles have provided him with practical exposure to ICT operations, network administration, and technical support services. At NITDA, he contributed to national ICT development initiatives and gained insight into government digital transformation projects.

Presently, Mr. Abubakar serves with Hallowgate Telecom Services, where he plays an active role in the management and maintenance of network infrastructure, systems optimization, and client service delivery. Seun holds a first degree in Business Administration and Masters in Public Policy and certifications in performance management and project management. She loves to read, research and travel. She is married to a wonderful man and they have two lovely daughters.
